         <title>Minnesota Specialty Foods at the Twin Cities Food and Wine Experience</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p>We will be preparing chicken breast in Judo Joel's Jamaican Jerk Marinade.&nbsp; We will be doing a pan sear of the chicken breast with a glaze of marinade which provides nice carmelization and a close approximation of the taste of marinated and grilled chicken breast.&nbsp; We will be offering four ways of trying the chicken.&nbsp; As is, with a dab of additional marinade, with a dab of aioli (one cup of mayonnaise and three tablespoons of marinade), or a dab of bbq sauce (one bottle of marinade, a can of tomato paste and half a cup of brown sugar).</p><p>Please stop by booth #327 to say hi and try us out!</p>]]></description>
