Minnesota Specialty Foods at the Twin Cities Food and Wine Experience
We will be preparing chicken breast in Judo Joel's Jamaican Jerk Marinade. We will be doing a pan sear of the chicken breast with a glaze of marinade which provides nice carmelization and a close approximation of the taste of marinated and grilled chicken breast. We will be offering four ways of trying the chicken. As is, with a dab of additional marinade, with a dab of aioli (one cup of mayonnaise and three tablespoons of marinade), or a dab of bbq sauce (one bottle of marinade, a can of tomato paste and half a cup of brown sugar).
