Jerk Chicken Sandwiches at Munkabeans

Munkabean's and Sunshine Cafe in Hopkins Minnesota is now serving Jamaican Jerk chicken sandwiches using Judo Joel's Jamaican Jerk Marinade.  Bottles of Judo Joel's Jamaican Jerk Marinade are available for purchase at Munkabeans as well.

Welcome to the Judo Joel's Jamaican Jerk Marinade Blog

Hello and welcome to the Judo Joel's Jamaican Jerk marinade blog.  This is the place for friends and food lovers to come together and exchange ideas and recipes on how they've used my marinade in their cooking.  My thanks to everyone that has tried my marinade.  It's been a lot of fun for me to hear the ideas that some of you have come up with on how to use my marinade.

Basic Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Take boneless chicken breasts, put them in a plastic bag and pour enough Judo Joel's Jamaican Jerk Marinade to cover them.  Place them in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight.  Grill them about six minutes on each side or until Juices run clear.
